About Paul
I am a qualified Life Coach, trained by the largest UK school for coaches
Originally from Bristol in the South West of England, I moved to London in 1997.
I have worked for a number of Blue Chip companies (BT, Vodafone, Reuters)
I have been the head of project management for a financial extranet company and as a Business Improvement Consultant I was responsible for bringing departments together and designing for them their best working practices, processes, procedures, documentation and as well as providing them with training.
From my previous employment I have become experienced in designing solutions that are client focused. I am able to quickly grasp an understanding of complex issues. I have the ability to communicate in a variety of different forum styles from administrative to engineering and up to senior management level.
I began coaching in October 2004 after training with the The Coaching Academy.
I’m also a Small Business Mentor. Providing a time and space to allow owners of small business the opportunity to resolve issues that are impossible to concentrate on during their normal working day.
Coaching has allowed me to use all my previous experience and do what I truly feel passionate about, helping people grow and achieve their best.
